I affectionately refer to this routine as the Fantastic 4 and with good reason. When done on a regular basis this simple traditional routine will help you quickly defeat the effects of sitting in an office or truck all day or prepare you for an active day at construction site, chasing the kid (or grandkids).

Use the range of motion you feel comfortable with and increase it as you progress. Kung Fu isn’t about instant improvements, it’s about starting where you are and getting stronger, more flexible with consistent training. What you do today is what you have to build on tomorrow!
